Planning/Planeamiento
Utilizing up to date programming to design your dream home to your standards,we provide ideas as well as several plans to make your home personalized and modified to be exactly what you've dreamed of. We provide 3D images and floor plans to help give you an idea of what your home will look like.
Once a plan is approved we will give you a cost estimation free of charge. This will be a break down of all costs in the estimation from the ground up.
Permits/Permisos
Building requires registration, permits and workers to be insured. Don't be surprised by inspectors or government officials. Building with out the proper permits can lead to huge fines and penalties.
We are a licensed construction company that acquires all of the permits for the client, and we also have all of our workers under an insurance policy that protects the client from any liability in case an accident shall occur. Once your home has been finished you will be issued a completion of construction certificate by a government agency that proves that your home was built from start to finish according to the local laws and standards.
Construcción
We have great costumer relations and keep you monitor your construction and weekly pictures to give you the assurance that your home is built to the highest standards, working strictly to the building schedule that is agreed upon in writing.

We are ready and willing to travel up an down the baja to gather together the top quality construction materials at best prices. We can also travel from Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas to bring your furniture ourselves
